Dr. Warren Carroll shows the benefits of society in the Middle Ages. In this lecture, Dr. Carroll explores the effects and results of Catholic Culture in the “High Middle Ages,” Which he dubs the Glory of Christian Civilization. Dr. Carroll explains how it is important to see what can be achieved in a culture when the principles of the Christian religion are applied as the fundamental basis of the society. The years 1050 to 1300 were years in which impressive accomplishments were made in art, science, knowledge, and higher education. Society was integrated in an organic unity in which every person had a vision and place in society, all oriented towards the same goals.
