Fr. Brian Harrison addresses the 2015 Synod’s Relatio. He gives special attention to the use of the Declaration of the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts, which was manipulated in their writings of the Relatio, during the papacy of Pope Saint John Paul II.. Fr. Harrison speaks about paragraphs 84-86 of the 2015 Synod’s final relatio (report), which dealt with the question of pastoral care for divorced and civilly remarried Catholics. Fr.
